1. RINSE THOROUGHLY WITH WATER REMOVING ANY DEBRIS.
2. SOAK THE SEA MOSS WITH LIMES OR LEMONS FOR AT LEAST 4-6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT USING SPRING OR FILTERED WATER.
3. RINCE AGAIN.
4. BLEND SEA MOSS IN SPRING OR FILTERED WATER IN A HIGH-SPEED BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH.
5. POUR INTO A GLASS JAR.
6. REFRIGERATE TO KEEP COLD AND ALLOW THE GEL TO FORM.
NOTE:
1. YOUR SEA MOSS WILL LAST FOR UP TO 3-4 WEEKS IN THE FRIDGE.
2. FREEZE IF DESIRED FOR LONG-TERM STORAGE.
3. 6oz OF SEA MOSS SHOULD MAKE ABOUT 7 PINTS OF GEL.
DOSE & USAGE:
1. TAKE TWO TABLESPOONS DAILY BY MOUTH OR ADD TO TEA, COFFEE, SOUPS, SMOOTHIES, AND MORE.
2. RESEAL DRY SEA MOSS IN THIS BAG AND STORE IT IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.
3. IT WILL LAST FOR UP TO 1 YEAR.
4. DO NOT REFRIGERATE DRY SEA MOSS.
